Vision Maker Media is bringing more fun and learning to YouTube with iNative Shorts for Kids—a brand-new channel packed with exciting short films for Native American youth (ages 6–12), their families, and educators! These bite-sized clips dive into the beauty of Native languages, arts, Indigenous science, traditional knowledge, and the rich history of Native American and Alaska Native tribes.
Instead of structured lessons, these videos spark curiosity and critical thinking. An animated bird narrator kicks things off with a focus question, setting the stage for discovery. Each clip encourages kids to explore, investigate, and think critically—while keeping things focused on real Native stories. Interactive activities at the end help viewers make real world connections with what they’ve learned.
