The Office & Operations Manager is responsible for managing the administrative and operational needs of the organization. Provide administrative support to staff including information management, maintaining paper and electronic filing systems, coordinating and managing meeting logistics, copy editing, as well as the supervision of administrative staff and interns. Coordinate and assist the annual audit process with the CEO, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors; assess any changes necessary. Provide administrative support to the Development Consultant while working with staff to gather relevant information, financial reporting, and keeping accurate hard and electronic files.
